The Level Up housemates were confronted with the Knorr task. The task was sponsored by Knorr Food with a cooking task for the season 7 Housemates.

According to Biggie, only one team will emerge as winner which will consist of a guy and a lady.

For the Knorr Task, the Housemates were asked to make some delicious meals with Knorr products.

Team Tasty Suya Jollof which has Bryann, Phyna, Daniella, Kess, Chizzy, and Pharmsavi Won the Knorr task in Week 3.
