DMW boss and Famous Nigerian singer, Davido (OBO), on Thursday proposed to his girlfriend, Chioma after introduction week ago.

The DMW boss who had earlier announced his introduction to Chioma revealed this on his official Instagram page.

With the picture of Chioma with a ring on her finger, OBO wrote:

“She said, Yes! Big Rock! Assurance, 2020.”

Recall that the 27-year-old last week Monday concluded an introduction ceremony with his would-be wife’s family in Eastern part of Nigeria.

Davido shared on his social media handles, and the celebrity said 2020 was the anticipated year for the big event, calling on friends and family to get ready for 2020.

Davido also addressed stories that his bride to be was pregnant, asking Nigerians to be patient.

AFRIMA 2019 committee has announced that the 6th edition of the All Africa Music Awards themed ‘Feel Africa’ will be hosted in Lagos, Nigeria in association with the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Nigeria, from 20 to 23, November 2019.

The African Union Commission (AUC) and the International Committee with the new development, Ghana, which should be the host country for five years, has been dropped for Lagos, Nigeria.

It was gathered that the government was miffed that it eventually expended more than what was budgeted for in 2018.

KingsNaija close source disclosed that the matter might have caused a cabinet to rejig some months ago, which affected Ghana’s former Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister, Catherine Afeku.

AFRIMA Associate Producer, Adenrele Niyi said:

“The 6th AFRIMA finds home in Nigeria for the 2019 awards ceremony, and we could not be more excited for this edition. We are coming out of a super successful 2018 edition in Ghana -the 5th AFRIMA was a milestone year for us.

“These are interesting times for African music as more of our creatives are defying the imaginary limitations of cultural diversity to collaborate and create magical music. Many of these works would be showcased at the awards events such as the AFRIMA Music Village concert and the Main Awards Ceremony.”

The voting process, which closes on November 22, will determine eventual winners in the 36 AFRIMA awards categories to be recognized at the main awards ceremony.

N’golo Kante is set for exit as Chelsea have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Real Madrid over a deal for midfielder, N’Golo Kante, according to a Spanish newspaper.

Chelsea has agreed to let the Spanish La Liga gladiator know if they decide to sell the 2018 France World Cup winner.

Both clubs reached the agreement after the Real Madrid failed to sign N’golo Kante during last summer transfer window following the signing of forward, Eden Hazard from Blues.

Kante has missed Chelsea’s last two Premier League matches due to an ankle injury.

Kante is expected to feature for Frank Lampard’s men this weekend when they take on Wolves in the Premier League.

Zinedine Zidane has been a long-term admirer of the blocking midfielder, Kante.

Ahmed Lawan sends Congratulatory message to Presiden Buhari.

Nigeria Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, has felicitated President Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) on their triumph at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday, 11th, Sept. 2019.

The Five men panel tribunal on in Abuja dismissed the petition by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party moreover affirmed the reelection of President Mohamadu Buhari of the All Progressive Party.

Mr. Ahmed Lawan said:

“The judgment of the tribunal has again put a judicial seal on the mandate freely given to the president by the Nigerian people in the February 23 presidential election.”

The Senate President urged the president to take the affirmation of his election “as a hint of the confidence of Nigerians in his capacity to continue to lead Nigeria towards its manifest destiny of greatness.”

He also commended the petitioners for using the judicial window prescribed by the constitution in asking redress for their grievances and urged them to join hands with the government and the Nigerian people in the task of nation-building.

Lawan said the Nigerian people have great expectations from the Next Level Agenda of the President Buhari and further pledged the full collaboration of the National Assembly with the Executive in the pursuit of the best interest of the Nigerian people.
